Categories in foprop

Here we assemble categories deployed in the foprop family of wikis and describe a coding scheme. The categories help us to draw maps of the imaginative space of foprop pattern language. Category: Method

For the machinery of categories in wiki, see: Watch the weave Project weave diagram

There are three top-level categories which encode the architecture of the foprop weave: - Zone - Landscape - Family

The foprop weave of patterns-of-practice An evolutionary frame (the families), a basic ontology (¿zones, §landscapes)

Here we describe the foprop weave as a narrative frame for thinking about and enacting activist practice in making a living economy.

Each of the three top-level categories can have several values (sub-categories) as below.

# Zone 1inhere 2here 3we 4region > Shorthand: The symbol ¿ can be used, pronounced 'zone'

# Landscape 1material 2culture 3aesthetic > Shorthand: The symbol § can be used, pronounced 'landscape'

# Family **Zone ¿1 in-here** Doughnutgrace Impulse Pluriverse Value(ing) **Zone ¿2 here** Wild Domestic Digital Golemic (a provocative alternative to 'digital') Feral Waste Prosthesis **Zone ¿3 we** Dance **Zone ¿4 region** Commonsx2 Dual Sufficiency Unrest

Each of the above needs a definition page, tied-in to the overview wiki wiki.foprop.org

ROSTER mhresources.wiki.cafe/foprop-projects-roster

This is a proposal to display categories in foprop as icon paragraphs on a wiki page.
